How to get your life survey right!

What you need to know about the survey You will be asked to provide a description of your job, hobbies, interests and career.

Then you will be given the option of selecting a number of choices, which you will then be asked for information about.

When completing the survey, you will have the option to rate your satisfaction with your job and life.

You will also be asked how satisfied you are with your life in general, which will help you assess your overall quality of life.

The survey will last between four and six weeks.

Your results will be stored on a separate server and will not be accessible to anyone other than you.

You can access your results by filling in the form on the bottom right.

The results can then be shared via email with your employers and employers of your former colleagues.

Your answers will also help to inform the research for future research.

How much money will it cost?

The survey costs $30.

However, your results are not publicly available until after the survey has been completed.

Your total survey costs will be split evenly between the company that you selected as your employer and the study team that will use the results to further your research.

What you can do if you feel uncomfortable about the questions The survey can be taken anonymously.

This means that no-one will know whether you have participated in the survey.

However if you do feel uncomfortable with some of the questions, you can opt out of the survey by filling out the form below and emailing your employer.

You may also want to read more about the privacy and security of your data.

What happens if I’m unable to complete the survey?

If you are unable to participate in the research, you may want to contact your organisation’s HR department to discuss your options.

The data that will be used to conduct the study will be anonymous and will only be used for the research that you choose.

How can I tell if I have completed the survey correctly?

If your answer is correct, your survey will be completed.

However this may not always be the case.

For example, if you have completed some other surveys, such as one on your health or fitness and some personal data about your family or friends, the results of that survey will not necessarily be the same as your results from the survey you completed.

You should not assume that the results from your survey are the same.

It may take a while for your data to be uploaded to the research project, which may be why your responses to some questions will be delayed.

How long will the research take?

After completing the questionnaire, the data will be uploaded into the research platform.

The project team will then review and analyse the data and produce a final report on how the data is being used.

You and your colleagues can then share your results.

However please note that the final report may not be available until the project team has completed the research.

Are there any other fees involved with taking the survey survey?

The project is free and there are no other costs associated with the survey that will apply to you.

However your data will remain confidential and you may choose not to provide your data if you want.

Your employer is not required to pay any fees for the survey and they are not required by law to provide any personal data.

However they will need to make any relevant requests to collect the information.

What if I don’t respond to my questions?

You may wish to continue taking part in the project and to contact the research team if you wish.

You might also want them to contact you if they think you might be a candidate for the study.

If you do decide to withdraw from the project, the research will be closed, meaning that the data collected from you will not remain on the project website for the duration of the research and any research results may not subsequently be published.

How will the results be used?

The data collected will be shared with the researchers to help inform their research.

The researchers will then use the data to inform their future research, including how to optimise and test their product.

This will be done by assessing how you have improved your life over the past year and to determine how your life will change in the future.

You could also share your answers with your employer, family, friends or colleagues in order to help them improve their lives and make better choices in the coming years.

You do not have to share your responses with your organisation.

However you will need permission from your employer to do so.

Can I use my responses to build my career?

Yes, your answers can be used as part of a career profile for the project.

This profile will help to identify areas where you have potential strengths and areas where areas need improvement.

You also can use your answers to build your career profile by identifying areas where there is a gap in your current career path, as well as areas where opportunities are available.

What is the deadline for me to complete my survey?
